We rented a cotton candy machine for my daughters 5th birthday and the thing just didn’t work properly. It spewed sugar quite literally everywhere…all over the house, people, you name it. It also meant we actually couldn’t even produce enough floss to give the kids, decent cotton candy. we tried a few times, but got very clumpy cotton. We called that day, and they really didn’t have any other advice other than come get a different one which we couldn’t because we were in the middle of the party. When we asked to be refunded because we were given a defective cotton candy maker, they did not refund our money. We’re not satisfied with this response and definitely do not recommend them. EDIT: we did get a follow up from the business so I am changing my review based on the follow up. Bob provided a detailed explanation about the issue we had and is helping us figure out a solution. He was very prompt with his response and helpful so our initial impression of the customer service seems to be more of a miscommunication than something intentional on the part of the ABC.

I moved here in the east side, close to this store. The rent is cheep, so I couldn't pass up an "emergency situation". The place needed a lot of work. The interior anyways. ABC Hardware and Rental is very convenient and very, very reasonable pricing. Thanks to these folks, all it took me was a couple of walks up to the store, in order to get the materials that required to make the necessary repairs that I needed. Very nice Country like atmosphere too.

Needed a whole house generator. Got a quick and painless estimate, job was scheduled and handled from start to finish without issue. All I did was call, watch the work and pay a fair price. Would highly recommend for any sales or service!

I had to replace glass in the bottom of my door with plexiglass they did the cut exact it came out beautiful and the thickness was great and it took all of maybe five minutes if that.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Robert, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the equipment I was renting. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Not only did he take the time to show me how to you the equipment but he also followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. What truly stood out was his genuine care and commitment to providing top-tier service. You don’t often come across someone so dedicated and proactive. Robert turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a truly positive experience. I highly recommend this location—and especially Robert for anyone looking for service that exceeds expectations!

Loved the class. Wasnt boring at all and enjoyed my time, made 5 hours feel like 30 minutes. Suggest coming to this place for a great time and the teacher made it very enjoyable and understandable what TO do and what NOT to do. For my First and hopefully last five hour, best experience of my life. Good luck for future students and God Bless.

We had considered getting a whole house generator for a while. We searched around and decided to go with ABC Hardware & Rental. I can’t say enough positive thing about this company. From start to finish we were happy each step of the way. I would highly recommend them and I will be a customer for life!

Installed a tankless Hot water Heater Price was very good, installation team was excellent. Cleaned up like they were never there Overall Great experience Max (manager was very easy to work with)
